Laughter YogaWorkshop

This is a very a Powerful and Mind-Blowing Workshop in which you will practice Laughter Exercises, Laughter through Chakras, Laughter Breathing Techniques, Laughter Mantras, Laughter Tantra, Laughter Meditation,  Gibberish and complete Relaxation. You will learn how to laugh unconditionally at the ridiculousness of your own mind, get a great work-out and have Tons of fun! This workshop offers a safe space to be able to laugh, play, use the creative side of our brains and awaken our inner child-like nature. It is a deep work with a lot of tools to take each individual through a journey inside and to release a lot of stuck emotions from past and to experience a state of No-Mind and to be able to Meditate and Relax completely.

 

When we are small and are having fun, laughing loudly, being silly and crazy, we are often told off by adults that it is not good to do and that people will not take us seriously and we will not appear as intelligent as we are. So we listen to these comments or rules and accept them and slowly they become a part of our Self-Image. As we grow up we have responsibilities, we have many serious roles to play and so we become rigid and too Serious. Of course there are situations where it is not appropriate to have fun or laugh; however what happens is that even in situations we could have fun, we just don't know how to do it anymore as we have just adopted a habit of Being Serious.

 

In this workshop you laugh for absolutely no reason. You start looking at the things from a funny side, with a great sense of humor. You loose fear and become strong, self- confident and can move forward with a smile and Inner calmness. The problems don’t seem to be so dramatic and life becomes lighter and brighter. The Inner chatterbox becomes Quiet. You become Present in this moment. Nothing is more relaxing than being able to be Simply Yourself. It feels absolutely Amazing.

 

Note: If you already are a Laughter Yoga Leader or Teacher, you will learn many new things and ways to lead a class or workshop and everyone will highly benefit from it. This Workshop is much more than the basic Laughter Yoga session with its other variations. 

 It is really a lot more Yoga and Laughter for it to be a

Laughter Yoga Workshop.
